NOVELTY - Manufacture of positive electrode material involves growing three-dimensional graphene on a surface of an electrode substrate material, preparing a reaction solution by adding an ammonia solution into a container, adding a solution containing nickel sulfate and potassium hydroxide, stirring for 20-30 minutes, placing the container in a water bath at 75-95 degrees C for 2 hours, placing the electrode substrate material in the reaction solution at 75-95 degrees C for 1-2 hours, removing the substrate material, baking, and forming nickel hydroxide on a surface of the three-dimensional graphene. USE - Manufacture of material used for forming positive electrode for nickel-hydrogen battery. ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode formed using the material provides nickel-hydrogen battery having high capacity, and excellent cycle stability and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of positive electrode material involves growing three-dimensional graphene on a surface of an electrode substrate material, preparing a reaction solution by adding an ammonia solution into a container, adding a solution containing nickel sulfate and potassium hydroxide, stirring for 20-30 minutes, placing the container in a water bath at 75-95 degrees C for 2 hours, placing the electrode substrate material in the reaction solution at 75-95 degrees C for 1-2 hours in which temperature is controlled by the water bath, removing the electrode substrate material, baking the electrode substrate material in an oven at 150-300 degrees C, forming nickel hydroxide on a surface of the three-dimensional graphene, and obtaining a composite positive electrode material of three-dimensional graphene, nickel hydroxide and electrode substrate material.
