NOVELTY - A semi-hollow double continuous vanadium oxyhydroxide/graphene pipe line-coaxial nanowire is prepared by adding vanadium pentoxide sol to aniline solution, stirring uniformly, adding resulting solution in graphene dispersion, adding deionized water to solution, stirring, ultrasonicating obtained solution to obtain uniform solution, transferring uniform solution reactor, placing reactor in oven, performing hydrothermal reaction, removing reactor from oven, cooling to room temperature, washing obtained product with absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying. USE - Semi-hollow double continuous vanadium oxyhydroxide/graphene pipe line-coaxial nanowire used as cathode active material of lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion battery formed using the semi-hollow double continuous vanadium oxyhydroxide/graphene pipe line-coaxial nanowire has excellent cycle characteristics, and electrochemical performance, and is economically prepared by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A semi-hollow double continuous vanadium oxyhydroxide/graphene pipe line-coaxial nanowire is prepared by adding 1.1-1.5 mmol vanadium pentoxide sol in beaker to 0.5 mol/l aniline solution, stirring uniformly, adding resulting solution in graphene dispersion, adding 60 ml deionized water to total volume of solution, stirring for 30 minutes, ultrasonicating obtained solution for 20 minutes to obtain uniform solution, transferring uniform solution to 100 ml reactor, placing reactor in oven, performing hydrothermal reaction, removing reactor from oven, cooling to room temperature, washing obtained product with absolute ethyl alcohol, and drying. The molar ratio of aniline and vanadium pentoxide is 0.03:1. The diameter of semi-hollow double continuous vanadium oxyhydroxide/graphene pipe line-coaxial nanowire is 100-500 nm.
