NOVELTY - The display device comprises a touch screen panel (300) folded based on a folding axis. The touch screen panel includes a set of touch electrode on the folding axis. Each touch electrode on the folding axis includes a graphene layer formed along the folding axis on a transparent substrate, a metal mesh layer formed on the transparent substrate to adhere to a lateral surface of the graphene layer and an adhesion metal mesh layer on a boundary portion between the graphene layer and the metal mesh layer. USE - Display device for use in a mobile equipment, such as a mobile phone, a portable multimedia player, a navigation device, an ultra-mobile personal computer, an electronic book or an electronic newspaper. ADVANTAGE - The touch screen panel is folded based on a folding axis which ensures that the display device is prevented from getting cracked and damaged.
