NOVELTY - An aluminum alloy bipolar plate surface graphene/tin oxide sandwich structure film preparing method involves taking water and absolute ethanol, adding stannous chloride dihydrate to obtain hydrothermal precursor solution. The pre-treated aluminum alloy bipolar plate is taken in sodium hydroxide solution, chemical etching is performed followed by circulating the chemically etched aluminum alloy bipolar plate in PDDA aqueous solution, removing and drying, configuring self-assembly of aluminum bipolar plate, placing in hydrothermal precursor solution, cleaning, drying to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing aluminum alloy bipolar plate surface graphene/tin oxide sandwich structure film. ADVANTAGE - The structure film has better corrosion resistance and can be prepared in simple, easy and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aluminum alloy bipolar plate surface graphene/tin oxide sandwich structure film preparing method involves taking deionized water and absolute ethanol, adding stannous chloride dihydrate, adjusting the pH to 9-10 to obtain a hydrothermal precursor solution. The pre-treated aluminum alloy bipolar plate is taken in sodium hydroxide solution, chemical etching, cleaning and drying are performed followed by circulating the chemically etched aluminum alloy bipolar plate in PDDA aqueous solution and graphene oxide aqueous solution for one or more times, removing and drying, configuring self-assembly of aluminum bipolar plate, placing in hydrothermal precursor solution, performing hydrothermal reaction, cleaning, drying to obtain product.
