▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing of graphene-reinforced aluminum-based compound material by powder metallurgy comprises (1) low-energy ball milling graphene and aluminum-based material to obtain uniformly mixed compound powder, (2) performing de-stressing annealing treatment to the compound powder, (3) performing high-energy ball milling the compound powder after annealing treatment, welding the compound powder to obtain graphene/aluminum compound powder particles, (4) densifying the graphene/aluminum compound powder particles, and performing heat treatment to obtain the graphene-reinforced aluminum-based compound material. The low-energy ball milling refers to ball milling rotating speed of 50-200 revolution per minute, ball milling time of greater than or equal to 6 hours. The high-energy ball milling refers to ball milling rotating speed of 200-300 revolution per minute, and ball milling time of less than or equal to 30 minutes. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene reinforced aluminum-based compound material by powder metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to prepare graphene-reinforced aluminum-based compound material in energy-saving and time-saving manner; is suitable for mass production; has excellent for protecting graphene structure complete; and develops graphene strengthening potential.
