NOVELTY - Metal processing liquid comprises 3-5 pts. wt. fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether, 6-9 pts. wt. cooking oil, 1-2 pts. wt. urea glyoxal resin, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 4-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2.5-4 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 3-4 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium gluconate, 2-3 pts. wt. alkyl glyceryl ether sulfonate, 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 900-950 pts. wt. deionized water. The auxiliary agent comprises 2-4 pts. wt. graphite, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. diatomite, 1-2 pts. wt. bisphenol A dimethacrylate, 2-2.5 pts. wt. cottonseed oil and 2-3 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol ester. USE - Metal processing liquid. ADVANTAGE - The metal processing liquid is non-toxic and environment-friendly, has good anti-wear, dispersing, lubricating and cooling properties, and forms a protection film on metal surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Metal processing liquid comprises 3-5 pts. wt. fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether, 6-9 pts. wt. cooking oil, 1-2 pts. wt. urea glyoxal resin, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 4-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2.5-4 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 3-4 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium gluconate, 2-3 pts. wt. alkyl glyceryl ether sulfonate, 5-7 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 900-950 pts. wt. deionized water. The auxiliary agent comprises 2-4 pts. wt. graphite, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. diatomite, 1-2 pts. wt. bisphenol A dimethacrylate, 2-2.5 pts. wt. cottonseed oil, 2-3 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol ester, 1-1.5 pts. wt. aniline methyl triethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. Bupleurum oil, 3-4 pts. wt. diisobutyl naphthalene sulfonate and 90-94 pts. wt. water. The auxiliary agent is prepared by adding graphite, diatomite, Bupleurum oil and water and then grinding the obtained material for 1-2 hour. The ground material is added with remaining components and then the obtained material is heated at 70-80 degrees C. The heated material is stirred for 30-50 minutes at a speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute and then the stirred material is cooled to room temperature to obtain the auxiliary agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing metal processing liquid, which involves: (A) mixing fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether and alkyl glyceryl ether sulfonate; (B) adding the mixed material with deionized water; (C) heating the obtained material at 30-35 degrees C and then stirring the heated material for 30-40 minutes; (D) adding the remaining components to the stirred material to obtain material A; (E) adding auxiliary agent components into a reaction vessel and then stirring the obtained material; (F) heating the stirred material at 550-650 degrees C for 1-1.5 hour to obtain material B; (G) mixing the material B with the material A and then stirring the mixed material at a speed of 600-800 revolutions per minute for 40-60 minutes; and (H) cooling the stirred material to room temperature to obtain the desired product.
