DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing sustained release microsphere, which involves: (A) stirring graphene oxide and medicine in phosphate buffer solution ultrasonically at room temperature; (B) centrifuging obtained mixture; (C) freezing and drying centrifuged material to obtain graphene oxide medicine compound; (D) dissolving graphene oxide medicine compound in water ultrasonically to obtain product; (E) coating product using polyfluortetraethylene filter film; and (F) collecting and drying product.
