▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-carbon nanotube thermally conductive filler system is prepared by milling graphene microchip, washing with deionized water to become neutral, mechanical stripping using high temperature and direct milling technology, adding isopropanol and imine, milling at 1800 revolutions/minute, washing with deionized water until neutral, and drying at 80 degrees C for 12 hours; performing hydrolysis; and filtering to remove remnants of graphene, carbon nanotubes, carbon and other impurities. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-carbon nanotube thermally conductive filler system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces filler with improved heat dispersing performance and stable structure.
