NOVELTY - Water-glass sand extruding, micro-hammering and 3D printing microwave curing device comprises an xy two-shaft moving mechanism, nozzle mechanism, microwave emitting mechanism, lifting working table, where the lifting working table is provided with a nozzle mechanism and a microwave emitting mechanism. The nozzle mechanism and the microwave emitting mechanism are fixed on the xy two-shaft moving mechanism. The nozzle mechanism comprises a shell (1), rubber nozzle (2), lifting mechanism, concave-convex guide column (3) and pear-shaped micro-hammer head, where the shell is provided with a cavity for placing the mixed slurry (5). The lower portion of the cavity is provided with an outlet channel. The lower end of the outlet channel is provided with a rubber nozzle. The cavity is provided with a concave-convex guide column. The lower portion of the concave-convex guide column is provided with a micro-hammer head (4). The micro-hammer head is set in the rubber nozzle. USE - Water-glass sand extruding, micro-hammering and 3D printing microwave curing device. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize directly extruding a mixed sand material.
