NOVELTY - Platinum-gold catalyst supported by porous polyaniline/graphene-based composite microspheres, prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, adding ferric trichloride hydrate for mixing treatment, obtaining solid product by membrane filtration, and stirring the solid product, dispersing, cleaning and filtering in distilled water, alcohol washing, drying, redispersing treated solid product in distilled water, adding aniline monomer, potassium chloroplatinate solution and chloroauric acid solution in sequence, ultrasonically treating, adding concentrated phosphoric acid and ferric trichloride solution into mixing system, adding phosphoric acid solution dissolved with ammonium persulfate to react, obtaining solid reaction product, filtering, washing with distilled water and washing with ethanol, adding into phosphoric acid solution containing ascorbic acid for stirring treatment, filtering product, washing with water and alcohol, and naturally air-drying, is claimed. USE - Platinum-gold catalyst supported by porous polyaniline/graphene-based composite microsphere used for electro-catalytically oxidizing and detecting dopamine and uric acid in biological system. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has good selectivity, high sensitivity and wide linear range.
