NOVELTY - The module (1) has a first and a second support layers (3a, 3b) made of polymer material. Sets of conductive metal tracks (5a, 5b) are respectively arranged on the support layers. A set of thermoelectric pads (7) is made of P-type and N-type semiconductor material arranged between the sets of conductive metal tracks. The sets of metal tracks are serially connected with the set of thermoelectric pads with alternating P-type and N-type pads. The support layers comprise sub-layers (31, 32). One of the sub-layers is filled with thermally conductive particles to obtain devoid of thermally conductive particles to avoid electrical conduction between faces of the support layers, where the thermally conductive particles are carbon, graphene or graphite particles. The support layers are made of epoxy resin or polymer resin. The metal tracks are made of copper. USE - Thermoelectric module for a heat exchanger (claimed) of thermal regulation devices of a motor vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The module uses support layers made of polymer material filled with thermally conductive particles and comprising layer devoid of thermally conductive particles so as to obtain the support layers with a reduced cost, while allowing heat transfer between faces of the support layers and avoid formation of an electrical short-circuit between different metal tracks deposited on an internal surface of the support layers, thus eliminating need for expensive ceramic substrates. The module improves passenger comfort by producing rapid adaptation of temperature of a passenger compartment.
