NOVELTY - Colored asphalt binder comprises 45-55 pts. wt. petroleum resin, 10-15 pts. wt. aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 15-25 pts. wt. rubber oil, 5-7 pts. wt. heavy oil, 6-10 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 5-9 pts. wt. rubber powder, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth and 10-12 pts. wt. inorganic pigment. USE - Used as colored asphalt binder. ADVANTAGE - The colored asphalt binder: has moderate viscosity and excellent high temperature performance; and can be use directly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing colored asphalt binder comprising (i) hot melting aromatic oil and heavy oil and adding into ultrasonic heat mixer and stirring, (ii) first adding rubber oil into the mixing tank at room temperature, adding rubber powder into rubber oil, turn on the stirring paddle, set the stirring speed to 100-300 revolutions/minute and stirring at low speed for 1-3 hours, (iii) adding petroleum resin, polyethylene wax, diatomaceous earth, and inorganic pigments into the reaction kettle through a screw conveyor, heating and stirring in the reaction kettle until the mixture is initially dispersed evenly, and then passing through the conveyor pump, pumping the heavy oil-aromatic oil mixture obtained in step (ii) and mixed rubber powder obtained in step (iii) to the reaction kettle, then continuously stirring and mixing for 15-30 minutes, (iv) pumping the mixture in step (iv) into a high-speed dispersion mixer and a high-shear emulsifier in order to shear and disperse to obtain colored asphalt finished binder, and (v) transporting colored asphalt finished product combination of step (v) into the finished product tank through a delivery pump to obtain final product.
