NOVELTY - Graphene and stone based foaming lightweight wallboard comprises 45-90 wt.% stone tailings, 0.05-10 wt.% high temperature co-solvent, 0.05-15 wt.% graphene, 0.05-5 wt.% expanded graphite, 1-20 wt.% zirconium oxide, 0.05-10 wt.% calcium carbonate, 1-10 wt.% clay, 0.05-5 wt.% stabilizer, 0.05-5 wt.% dissolution agent, and 0.05-5 wt.% inorganic pigment. USE - Used as graphene and stone based foaming lightweight wallboard. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight wallboard has good anti-aging property, good corrosion resistance property, heat insulation property, sound insulation property, waterproof impermeability, flame-resistant property, high strength, and simple preparation process; and is light weight, and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene and stone based foaming lightweight wallboard comprising (i) crushing stone tailings to 1-10 mesh, transferring crushed stone tailings in soaking pool, where the soaking pool is cone cylinder, the inlet diameter is 1/5-1/3 of bottom diameter, introducing high-pressure water through pipeline set above inner side of inlet, spraying 1.5-5.5% wet oxalic acid solution using high-pressure spray, transferring stone tailings, spraying ammonium oxalate solution (1.1-1.32 times), soaking stone tailings for 30-100 minutes, uniformly mixing the material every 5 minutes, carrying out solid-liquid separation, transferring solution containing ammonium oxalate into sump, washing the filtrate water, separating, carrying out solid-liquid separation, separating filtrates, washing dried solid, and washing the stone tailings; (ii) mixing the raw material in ball mill for 3-15 hours, passing fineness of ball through 250 mesh sieve, and carrying out homogenization in storage bin; (iii) granulating homogenized powder, drying into dryer, and transferring into savings warehouse; (iv) drying granulated material, transferring into spray drying tower, roller kiln or tunnel kiln, maintaining the temperature to 900-1300 degrees C, carrying out high temperature heat preservation for 30-300 minutes, cooling the kiln, and removing out; and (v) cutting the rough product to shape, to obtain final product.
