NOVELTY - The method for constructing graphene-doped bionic cartilage composite scaffold material involves (a) adding chitosan powder to acetic acid solution and magnetically stirring to obtain chitosan acetic acid solution, centrifugally treating chitosan acetic acid solution, degassing and deslagging, (b) adding sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate powder to deionized water and magnetically stirring to obtain sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate aqueous solution, (c) adding gelatin granules to deionized water and stirring to obtain gel solution, (d) adding graphene powder to deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain brown graphene suspension, (e) adding graphene suspension to the chitosan acetic acid solution and stirring to obtain chitosan acetic acid/sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate solution (A), and (f) adding gel aqueous solution to the chitosan acetic acid/sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate solution (A) and stirring to prepare chitosan acetic acid/sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate/gel solution (B). USE - The method is useful for constructing graphene-doped bionic cartilage composite scaffold material. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of constructing graphene-doped bionic cartilage composite scaffold material with uniform aperture and excellent simulation effect in a simple and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The stirring in the step (a) is carried out at temperature of 40-60 degrees C. The concentration of chitosan acetic acid solution is 20-30 g/l. The concentration of sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate aqueous solution is 1000-3000 g/l. The stirring in the step (c) is carried out at temperature of 40-60 degrees C. The concentration of gel solution is 60-80 g/l. The concentration of brown graphene suspension is 2-10 g/l. The method involves (g) adding graphene suspension to the chitosan acetic acid/sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate/gel solution (B), stirring at room temperature and then ultrasonically dispersing to obtain 5-20 vol.% chitosan acetic acid/sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate/gel/graphene solution (C), and (h) transferring chitosan acetic acid/sodium- beta -glycerol phosphate/gel/graphene solution (C) to low-temperature mold to prevent phase separation of graphene agglomeration and precipitate, and preheating at -20 degrees C to -40 degrees C for 20-30 hours, freeze-drying for 20-40 hours, immersing pre-product in sodium phosphate solution, washing the mixture with anhydrous methanol and extracting with solvent for 6-12 hours, pre-freezing at -20 degrees C to -40 degrees C and continuously drying for 20-40 hours.
