▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon-based flexible high thermal conductivity heat transfer mechanism comprises a heat conducting belt body used as the fast transmission path of the heat. A heat conducting belt joint is used for mechanical connection between the heat conducting belt body and the heat source, and ensuring the minimum contact thermal resistance. USE - The carbon-based flexible high thermal conductivity heat transfer mechanism is useful for transferring heat from heat source to heat sink, e.g. radiator. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-based flexible heat-conducting belt has both in-plane and vertical properties of high thermal conductivity, flexibility, low thermal resistance, light weight and low radiation.
