▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hybrid doped few-layer graphene composition comprises: an intercalant dopant in a bulk layer of a few-layer graphene; and a surface dopant on a surface layer of the few-layer graphene. USE - The composition is useful in a transparent conducting electrode (claimed) which is useful in photovoltaics and optoelectronic applications. ADVANTAGE - The composition: exhibits an enhancement in electrical conductivity and long-term stability; exhibits an extremely high carrier density; and utilizes intercalant dopants and surface dopants which enhance an overall conductivity and tune the work function of the few-layer graphene to meet and/or exceed industrial standards for transparent conductive electrode applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for forming a hybrid doped few-layer graphene, comprising intercalating a bulk layer of a few-layer graphene with an intercalant dopant, surface doping a surface layer of the few-layer graphene with a surface dopant, and washing the few-layer graphene with a solution.
