▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antibacterial coating material comprises 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silver-loaded modified reduced graphene oxide (rGO), 10-15 pts. wt. functionalized polymer and 80-90 pts. wt. water. The silver-loaded modified rGO comprises modified rGO and silver particles supported in situ on the modified rGO, and the modified rGO is prepared by reducing graphene oxide by modified material. The modified material is ethylenediamine and/or polyethyleneimine. The functional polymer is polymer containing functional group. The functional group can react with carboxy group or hydroxy group. USE - Used as antibacterial coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating material: is aqueous coating, green and environmentally friendly; uses water as solvent, and graphene nano knife to physically contact and adsorb and wrap bacteria; generates active oxygen free radicals; kills bacteria by oxidative stress; and has excellent antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the antibacterial coating material, comprising dispersing the graphene oxide in water, adding the modified material and the silver source, uniformly mixing, heating at 80 degrees C, adding reducing agent to react, separating the solid after the reaction to obtain silver-loaded modified rGO, and mixing the silver-carrying modified rGO, the functionalized polymer and water to obtain antibacterial coating material; (2) antibacterial coating, comprising antibacterial coating material through baking at 60-80 degrees C; and (3) product, comprising substrate and coating on the substrate, where the coating is the antibacterial coating.
