▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of pneumatically based three-dimensional graphene oxide doped nanofiber scaffold comprises preparing uniform dispersion of graphene oxide by placing graphene oxide in dispersant, ultrasonically crushing at room temperature for 30-120 minutes, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain uniform graphene oxide dispersion; preparing electrospinning solution by adding polyacrylonitrile to uniform graphene oxide dispersion, stirring at 45-65 degrees C and 160-200 revolutions/minute, magnetic heating for 10-15 hours, and centrifugal defoaming; and spraying electrospinning solution into coagulation bath, introducing sheath gas in the same direction of ejection of electrospinning liquid, controlling gas pressure at 0-180 kPa, increasing sheath gas flow to solidification, falling fibers in bath simultaneously to form stable oscillation of liquid in coagulation bath to form wet fluffy nanofibers, and freeze-drying. USE - Method for preparing pneumatically based three-dimensional graphene oxide doped nanofiber scaffold used for cell culture. ADVANTAGE - The method uniformly coats graphene oxide in nanofiber, and overcomes defects that graphene oxide is easy to be stacked and agglomerated on surface of fiber. The scaffold has bulky structure, large specific surface area and large pore size.
