NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises mixing graphite oxide and tetrahydrofuran to prepare suspension, ultrasonically treating for 25-35 minutes to obtain brown oxide graphene suspension, reducing oxidized graphite alkene in graphene oxide suspension, adding lithium aluminum hydride, stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, filtering and drying to obtain reduction of graphite oxide; and reducing graphite oxide with dichloromethane, for 25-35 minutes, dripping phosphorus tribromide into suspension after ultrasonic, stirring and reacting for 24 hours, filtering, washing and drying. USE - Method of preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy.
