▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The substrate has a glass substrate (1) formed in a gate electrode (2) and an insulating layer (3). The insulating layer is formed with a semiconductor layer (4). An adjacent pixel electrode (5) is formed on a semiconductor layer and provided with a source electrode (6) and a drain electrode (7). The drain electrode is formed with the pixel electrode and electrically connected with a LED (9). The gate electrode, the source electrode the drain electrode, the pixel electrode are made of graphene conductive material and provided with the LED of a pin joint of a lead wire. USE - Micro-light LED array substrate for display panel. ADVANTAGE - The substrate utilizes the grid electrode, the source electrode, the drain electrode, the pixel electrode and the LED, so that heat dissipation capability is improved in the display panel.
