▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for separating saponin graphene of alpine ancient tree tea involves (a) selecting alpine ancient tree tea leaves, (b) crushing the alpine ancient tree tea leaves into powder, and sieving the powder by using a 20-40-mesh sieve, (c) performing saponin crude extraction using the tree tea powder, and (d) purifying the crude extract by performing high-efficiency separation and purification process using porous graphene nanomaterials, and drying product in vacuum. USE - The method is useful for separating saponin graphene of alpine ancient tree team which is useful for preparing buccal tablet for providing antioxidant effect (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares a buccal tablet, which is conveniently taken by different people and increases the added value of the tree tea. The produced tablet product has complete and smooth quality, uniform color, no foreign matter and no impurity spot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing buccal tablet, which involves adding a proper amount of water into the tree tea saponin under stirring condition, adding a disintegrating agent, fully stirring at a temperature of 50-60 degrees C, adding a flavoring agent for dissolution, adding the prepared mixture into the mixed adhesive in a spraying manner, then adding the filler, the lubricant and the sweetening agent into a mixer, completely and uniformly mixing, preparing products with different shapes and specifications through a rotary tablet press and different dies, performing vacuum drying at a temperature of 35-50 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain buccal tablet, performing a comprehensive evaluation on oxidation resistance, sterilizing the tablet using cobalt-60- gamma radiation, and performing vacuum-packing by canning, boxing or blister, where the specifications of the tablet is 100-500 mg.
