NOVELTY - A nickel sulfide/graphene pattern three-dimension composite electrode material is obtained by taking graphene oxide, thiourea, nickel acetate tetrahydrate and tri-block polymer F127 at a control power for 300-400 W followed by performing freeze-dry process at 70 -60 degrees C and maintained for 1-3 days to obtain gel solid. The solid gel added in a tubular furnace. An inert gas is mixed at a controlled temperature 750-850 degrees C and sintering process is prformed for 1-3 hours to obtain black to nickel sulfide/graphene gel pattern of the third dimension composite electrode material. USE - Ni3s2/graphene pattern three-dimension composite electrode material for super capacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high capacitance ratio, charge stability, good conductivity and enlarged ratio table area and is simple to operate, and reusable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing nickel sulfide/graphene pattern three-dimension composite electrode material, which involves taking oxidation graphene, thiourea, four water acetic acid nickel and third block polymer F127 at a control power for 300-400 W and uniformly dispersed in distilled water at ultrasonic condition. A mixed solution is obtained by mixing 1 g oxidation graphene, 2-8 g thiourea, 6.5-25 g four water acetic acid nickel, and F1270.04-0.1 g third block polymer with a distilled water and placed in a hydro-thermal kettle, caryring out hydro-thermal reaction for 10-20 hours at 160-200 degrees C. The obtained gelatinous mixture is added in a dialysis device and maintained for 1.5-3 days in distilled water. A freeze-dry process is performed at 70 to 60 degrees C and maintained for 1-3 days to obtain a solid gel. The solid gel added in a tubular furnace. An inert gas is mixed at a controlled temperature 750-850 degrees C, followed by performing sintering process for 1 to 3 hours to obtain black to Ni3S2/graphene gel pattern third-dimension composite electrode material.
