▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Additive manufacturing process involves depositing a layer (C) of powder, and selective melting of at least one zone of the layer of powder. The grains of the layer of metallic or ceramic powder (1) are at least partially covered with a film of an additive material (2), at the end of deposition and prior to the selective melting. The grains of metallic or ceramic powder has reflectivity (R1), and the addition material has reflectivity (R2) lower than the reflectivity (R1). The film of additive material has thickness of less than 100 nm. USE - Additive manufacturing process used for forming component from metallic or ceramic powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables additive manufacturing process with excellent energy efficiency, thermal conductivity between the powder grains and electroconductivity, roughness and surface texturing and reduced duration of selective melting cycle. The amount of material of addition material allowing to create nuances for the final component, is controlled. The final properties of the component produced from the powders can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for additive manufacturing device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the surface treatment method.
