NOVELTY - Preparing high-efficiency graphene dispersed polymer, comprises e.g. (1) adding graphene and polymer into mixer, dispersing the graphene in the polymer, then compressing the graphene in the polymer, and shearing by mixing to obtain homogeneous graphene mixture, (2) adding cross-linking agent and the homogeneous graphene mixture into internal mixer, mixing, tableting in a open ball mill, stretching into a sheet by biaxial stretching machine, then kneading, and (3) granulating to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-efficiency graphene dispersed polymer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and efficient, and suitable for large-scale dispersed graphene polymer device on the existing mature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-efficiency graphene dispersed polymer, comprises (1) adding graphene and polymer in a mass ratio of 1:1-8 into mixer, dispersing the graphene in the polymer at 50-200 degrees C under rotating condition, then compressing the graphene in the polymer, and shearing by mixing to obtain homogeneous graphene mixture, (2) adding cross-linking agent and the homogeneous graphene mixture into internal mixer, mixing uniformly, where the quality of the cross-linking agent is 1-5% of the polymer, then tableting in a open ball mill, stretching into a sheet by biaxial stretching machine, subjecting the graphene to tensile forces by stretching the elastic polymer, stretching and dispersing graphene overlapping portion, then kneading, and (3) repeatedly kneading for 3-5 times after stretching, then granulating to obtain final product.
