NOVELTY - Preparation of non-metallic electrocatalytic material involves mixing graphene oxide, black phosphorus nanosheet, water and alcohol organic solvent, and performing reduction reaction. USE - Preparation of non-metallic electrocatalytic material used for electrocatalytic water decomposition for producing hydrogen and oxygen (all claimed), used in energy storage applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides non-metallic electrocatalytic material having excellent electrocatalytic activity and high performance, and is environmentally-friendly and economical.
