NOVELTY - Lithium-ion battery cathode material comprises nano tin oxide and graphene oxide, where the surface of the nano tin oxide is coated with one layer of graphene oxide. USE - Used as lithium-ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion battery cathode material has good electrochemical performance, has longer cycle life higher specific capacity, ensures electrode sheet has good mechanical performance, and greatly improves problem of bad circulation stability of the tin dioxide cathode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) cathode sheet, comprising lithium-ion battery cathode material, a binder and a conductive agent, where the cathode material of the lithium-ion battery comprises cathode material; (2) lithium-ion battery; and (3) preparation method of lithium-ion battery cathode material using dihydrate tin chloride, sulfuric acid, graphite, nitric acid and potassium permanganate.
