NOVELTY - Edible antibacterial drug packaging film comprises 15-35 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 8-10 pts. wt. beta -cyclodextrin, 20-40 pts. wt. modified chitin, 20-50 pts. wt. quaternized konjac glucomannan, 7-12 pts. wt. plasticizer and 3-8 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, the modified chitin is prepared by processing the deacetylated chitin by 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl (free radical) and sodium hypochlorite. USE - Used as edible antibacterial drug packaging film. ADVANTAGE - The packaging film: has excellent mechanical and antibacterial property; and will not generate toxic harm to human body after being eaten; and removes excess oil from human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing edible antibacterial drug packaging film comprising (1) mixing the deacetylated chitin with 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl (free radical) in phosphate buffer solution, adding sodium chlorite and sodium hypochlorite solution, stirring, reacting, adjusting the pH value to 7, centrifuging and separating to obtain a modified chitin mixed solution, adjusting the pH of the modified chitin mixed solution to alkaline, performing ultrasonic treatment and centrifugal separation, and performing rotary evaporation and concentration to obtain modified chitin, and mixing the modified chitin with an acid solution to obtain a modified chitin solution, (2) mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid with beta -cyclodextrin, adding the modified chitin solution obtained in the step (1), performing ultrasonic mixing, then adding a cross-linking agent, stirring and reacting, filtering and drying to obtain an additive, (3) mixing the quaternized konjac glucomannan with water, adding the additive and the plasticizer obtained in the step (2), stirring and mixing, coating, drying, and uncovering to obtain the edible antibacterial drug packaging film.
