NOVELTY - Graphene heat sink comprises a heat dissipation layer (10) and a substrate (20); the substrate is provided with a first surface having two-dimensional or three-dimensional structure; the heat dissipation layer is made of porous graphene and at least one polymer and/or polymer monomer; and the second surface is provided with a first film layer, second film layer, third layer, fourth layer and fifth film layer multilayer structure; where the thickness ratio first layer, second layer, third film layer, fourth film layer and the fifth film layer is 1-1.5:8-12:5-7:6-10:2-2.5. USE - Used as graphene heat sink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the graphene heat sink, comprising disposing a substrate having a two-dimensional or three-dimensional structure with first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, applying a composite of porous graphene and at least one polymer and/or polymer monomer to a first surface of the substrate to form a heat-dissipating layer, then hot-pressing to densify the heat-dissipating layer.
