NOVELTY - Phase change energy storage thermal insulation plate containing aerogel comprises a core plate structure and a skin layer structure covering the surface of the core plate structure. The core plate structure includes a uniform porous material as a reinforcing phase, and a filling layer distributed inside the uniform porous material. The filling layer has a multi-layer composite structure including a phase change aerogel filler and a thermal insulating material. The phase change aerogel filler includes an aerogel material with a uniform porous structure and a phase change material filled and distributed in the pores of the aerogel material. USE - The thermal insulation plate is useful in fields of industrial and construction thermal insulation, military, aerospace or composite materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate combines the phase change material with the aerogel material, and utilizes the extremely strong capillary force of the nano-scale pores, which can confine the phase change material, avoids leakage of phase change materials and adverse effects caused by uneven distribution of phase change materials when phase change behavior occurs, and the extremely low density of aerogel can greatly reduce the density of the phase change energy storage insulation board. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of the aerogel-containing phase change energy storage insulation plate, comprising filling the phase change material into the aerogel material with uniform porous structure to form the phase change aerogel filler, compounding the phase change aerogel filler with the thermal insulating material to form a multilayer composite structure, filling a filling layer in the pores contained in the uniform porous material as the reinforcing phase to prepare the core plate structure, and covering the skin layer structure on the surface of the core plate structure.
