NOVELTY - Preparing a wear-resistant and anticorrosive graphene/silicon dioxide/epoxy resin super-slip composite coating involves: (1) adding epoxy resin and curing agent to absolute ethanol, stirring, then adding fumed silica, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a component (A); (2) adding epoxy resin to absolute ethanol, stirring, then adding monoglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and diglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a component (B); (3) adding curing agent to absolute ethanol, stirring, then adding graphene/polydopamine powder, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a component (C); and (4) adding the component (A) to a sprayer, spraying, curing (A) coating sprayed with component (A), mixing the components (B) and (C), stirring the obtained mixture, adding the mixture to the sprayer, spraying on the cured component coating, and curing (B) the coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing wear-resistant and anticorrosive graphene/silicon dioxide/epoxy resin super-slip composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/silicon dioxide/epoxy resin super-slip composite coating has excellent wear resistance and anticorrosive effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a wear-resistant and anticorrosive graphene/silicon dioxide/epoxy resin super-slip composite coating involves: (1) adding 55-65 %mass epoxy resin and 33-40 %mass curing agent to absolute ethanol, stirring to make it evenly dispersed, then adding 2-5 %mass fumed silica, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a component (A); (2) adding 90-94 %mass epoxy resin to absolute ethanol, stirring to disperse evenly, then adding 2-4 %mass monoglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and 4-6 %mass diglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a component (B); (3) adding 88-90 %mass curing agent to absolute ethanol, stirring to make it evenly dispersed, then adding 10-12 %mass graphene/polydopamine powder, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a component (C); and (4) adding the component (A) to a sprayer, spraying, curing (A) coating sprayed with component (A), mixing the component (B) and the component (C) according to the mass ratio of 1:(0.6-1), stirring the obtained mixture to make it evenly dispersed, adding the mixture to the sprayer, spraying on the cured component coating, and curing (B) the coating. The preparation method of graphene/polydopamine powder involves adding 0.2 g graphene powder to tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane buffer solution, ultrasonically dispersing, then adding 0.2 g dopamine hydrochloride, evenly stirring, centrifugally purifying, and then drying.
