NOVELTY - Manufacture of electrochemically monodispersed metal/graphene composite material involves pressing graphite-based raw material into an electrode, electrolyzing the electrode in the electrolytic cell, separating to obtain crude monodispersed metal/graphene composite material, ultrasonically treating the composite material, milling, purifying, ultrasonically treating, stirring, washing with an acidic aqueous solution, and deionized water or purified water, separating, drying, heat-treating the composite material under inert atmosphere, cooling, and drying. USE - Manufacture of electrochemically monodispersed metal/graphene composite material used as catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient manufacture of electrochemically monodispersed metal/graphene composite material with high productivity and reduced energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of electrochemically monodispersed metal/graphene composite material involves pressing graphite-based raw material into an electrode, or directly placing in the raw material in a polymer bag as an electrode, electrolyzing the electrode in the electrolytic cell including an electrode array containing the electrodes, and electrolytic cells, and an electrolyte solution, performing solid-liquid separation, recycling the electrolyte solution, peeling the separated solid to obtain crude monodispersed metal/graphene composite material, ultrasonically treating the composite material, milling or high-speed cutting the electrode, centrifuging, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain a crude monodispersed metal/graphene composite material, purifying the cured product, dispersing the purified composite material in a solvent, separating, ultrasonically treating, stirring, washing the solid with an acidic aqueous solution to remove solid impurities, again washing with deionized water or purified water, performing centrifugation, suction filtration, pressure filtration or natural sedimentation, drying the resultant solid, heat-treating the composite material under inert atmosphere, cooling, and drying. The graphite-based material contains graphite block, graphite flakes, amorphous graphite, flexible graphite, graphite plate, graphite paper, graphite rods, expandable graphite, expanded graphite, heteroatom-doped graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes, and heteroatom-doped carbon nanotubes. The electrolytic solution is an aqueous electrolyte or a nonaqueous electrolytic solution.
