NOVELTY - Preparing antistatic clamp involves placing plastic fixture in vacuum coating machine, using metal alloy as target, performing magnetron sputtering on plastic fixture to obtain alloy coating layer on plastic fixture, where metal alloy includes 30-40 pts. wt. aluminum, 15-25 pts. wt. chromium, 3-8 pts. wt. copper, 6-12 pts. wt. silver, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. nickel, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. titanium, and 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. gold. USE - Method for preparing antistatic clamp. ADVANTAGE - The prepared antistatic clamp solves problem of poor homogeneity and poor performance industrialization effect of the existing antistatic clamp.
