NOVELTY - Detecting diethylstilbestrol using electrochemical immune detection method involves using gold nanoparticles deposited graphene/diethylstilbestrol/chitosan composite modified electrochemical sensors, then potassium ferrocyanide as a probe, based on antibodies against diethylstilbestrol estrene immunological cross reaction of bisphenol A and to achieve the detection of diethylstilbestrol. USE - For detecting diethylstilbestrol by electrochemical immune detection method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has fast speed, high efficiency and high sensitivity, and has low detection limit, and can be applied in the field of food. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Detecting diethylstilbestrol using electrochemical immune detection method involves 1) preparing electrochemical immune sensor: firstly grinding, polishing and cleaning the glassy carbon electrode gold nano-particles deposited on the surface, and then the graphene/diethylstilbestrol/chitosan mixed solution drip-painting the nano-gold deposition glassy carbon electrode's surface, to obtain the electrochemical immune sensor, 2) preparing standard solution: using a blank sample containing different known concentration having a pH of 7.4 to be tested diethylstilbestrol and phosphate buffer solution as the standard solution, and diethylstilbestrol antibody containing the same concentration, 3) establishing working curve by immersing immune sensor estrone into the diethylstilbestrol standard solution, incubating, washing the immune sensor by phosphoric acid buffer solution, taking differential pulse volt-ampere (DPV) in potassium ferrocyanide (K3 (Fe (CN)6)) solution; recording response current in response to the current blank sample, Io, in response to current sample containing diethylstilbestrol to be tested Ix, the added value of the response current Ix and lambda I equals the difference Io; lambda I and the concentration of the standard solution of estrone lambda I-C plotted as a curve, obtained using linear regression lambda I-C linear regression equation; 4) measuring diethylstilbestrol by using the test sample of step (2), the same concentration of antibodies diethylstilbestrol phosphate buffer solution, as in step 3) the same method as for the immunosensor incubation and differential pulse voltammetry, in response to the current record; based on the added value of lambda I respond to current and lambda I-C linear regression equation to obtain the diethylstilbestrol content.
