NOVELTY - Heat dissipation adhesive sheet comprises a copper graphene composite sheet (110) in which a hole (111a) of a copper mesh (111) is filled with the crude graphene solution. The crude graphene solution is coated on the copper mesh. The graphene and the synthetic resin are mixed to form the copper mesh. A graphene resin layer is formed on the upper surface of the graphene composite sheet. A thermally conductive adhesive layer is formed on the lower surface of the copper graphene composite sheet. USE - Used as heat dissipation adhesive sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method increases thermal conductivity by using pure graphene as it is in heat dissipation sheet; provides copper mesh with good thermal conductivity and pure graphene without coating graphene with resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heat dissipation adhesive sheet, comprising forming copper mesh in the form of a mesh using copper, covering the copper mesh with the graphene crude liquid while filling the holes of the copper mesh with the graphene crude liquid, forming a copper graphene composite sheet, forming a graphene resin layer 1 in which graphene and synthetic resin are mixed on the upper surface of the copper graphene composite sheet and forming a thermally conductive adhesive layer on the lower surface of the copper graphene composite sheet.
