NOVELTY - Preparing binder comprises placing the carboxymethyl cellulose into the aqueous solution ethanol dispersing uniformly, adding preprocessing enzyme, adjusting the pH value to 8-9, heating to 40-50°C, adding sodium pyrophosphate and glyoxal, keep warming at 30-35°C for 2-3 hours, adjusting the pH value to neutral, filtering the solid, vacuum drying to obtain the pre-processed substance, mixing with guar gum, sodium alginate, sodium silicate, Silane coupling agent 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in the pre-processing substance, ball milling to obtain the first component, (ii) mixing the predetermined amount of starch, sodium hydroxide, sodium sulfate, glyoxal and methanol, heating to 70-80°C at a heating rate of 0.5-0.8°C/minutes for 2-3 hours, vacuum drying to obtain the second component, (iii) mixing the mixed material, sodium humate, first component, second component, calcium hydroxide, modified bentonite, polyvinyl alcohol and potassium nitrate. USE - The method is useful for barbecue carbon. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the adding amount of the adhesive for barbecue carbon to 1 wt.%, improves the physical performance of the barbecue carbon (e.g cold strength, heat strength, wet strength and so on) and combustion effect, eliminates the barbecue carbon combustion smoke peculiar smell and the barbecue carbon cracking problem.
