▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Chemically cross-linked cellulose-based composite foam, comprises cellulose matrix and nano-dispersion. In cellulose matrix, three-dimensional porous structure is formed by chemical cross-linking between cellulose nanofibers or/and cellulose microfibers, and the nanodispersion is dispersed in cellulose matrix. USE - The chemically cross-linked cellulose-based composite foam is useful as electromagnetic shielding material, buffer material, electric heating material, fireproof material, low thermal conductivity material, thermal insulation material, filter material, building material, packaging materials, biomedical materials, antimicrobial materials or support materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chemically cross-linked cellulose-based composite foam: has excellent light property, mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, hydrophobic, waterproof, excellent human affinity and biodegradability; has low production cost and energy consumption, and industrial application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing chemically cross-linked cellulose-based composite foam, comprising uniformly dispersing cellulose nanofibers or/and cellulose microfibers and nanodispersion in water to obtain an aqueous dispersion; freezing the aqueous dispersion, and then placing the solidified solid in organic solvent, melting the water in the solidified solid, and replacing with organic solvent to obtain organic solvent dispersion liquid; mixing the organic solvent dispersion with the chemical crosslinking agent solution to carry out the chemical crosslinking reaction; and placing in the air to dry after the completion of reaction.
