▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A magnetic oxide graphene composite material immobilized horseradish peroxidase comprises graphene oxide-ferroferric oxide-6-arm-polyethylene glycol-amine immobilized magnetic oxide graphene composite material, where it is a near-transparent film with super-paramagnetic conducive for recycling, and has surface rich in amino groups. USE - Magnetic oxide graphene composite material immobilized horseradish peroxidase used for degradation of phenol contaminants (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The peroxidase has optimum temperature of 55 degrees C, optimum pH of 7.0 and higher rate of phenol degradation, and improves activity and reuses capability of immobilized enzyme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of magnetic oxide graphene composite material immobilized horseradish peroxidase comprising taking carrier material graphene oxide-ferroferric oxide-6-arm-polyethylene glycol-amine immobilized magnetic oxide graphene composite material, adding glutaric dialdehyde solution, activating, recycling carrier material, incubating suspension with concentration of 4-10 mg/L, activating horseradish peroxidase solution by mixing, hatching at 20-50 degrees C for 30-240 minutes, separating by magnet, fixing on carrier material, reserving supernatant solution and washing using buffer solution to remove unfixed horseradish peroxidase.
