USE - Method for preparing high-strength, transparency and heat-resistant hard plastic alloy pellet (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-strength, transparency and heat-resistant hard plastic alloy pellet involves utilizing 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin polymerization of 700, 15-25 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin polymerization degree 400, 7-9 pts. wt. methacrylatebutadiene-styrene copolymer, 10-15 pts. wt. maleic anhydride graft ethylene-octylene copolymer elastomer, 1.5-2.0 pts. wt. amino-modified graphene oxide, 1.5-2.2 pts. wt. acrylate processing auxiliary agent, 1.8-2.5 pts. wt. mercaptan methyl tin, 2.4-2.6 pts. wt. dibutyltin laurate ester, 0.25-0.35 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. oxidized polyethlene wax, 0.15-0.2 pts. wt. tri (2,4-dibromophenyl) phosphate,0.1-0.2 pts. wt. aluminate coupling agent and proper amount of violet blue pigment. The amount of volatile organic compound, polyvinyl chloride resin having degree of polymerization of 700 and 400 is greater than or equal to 0.03%, methacrylate-butadiene-styrene volatile organic compound is greater than or equal to 0.02%, maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer volatile organic compound is greater than or equal to 0.03% and butyl laurate volatile organic compound is greater than or equal to 0.03%. The polyvinyl chloride resin is mixed with polyvinyl chloride resin with degree of polymerization of 700 and 400, methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer and maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-octene copolymer elastomer are mixed with high-speed hot blender and stirred with high-speed stirring. The amino-modified graphene oxide, methacrylate processing auxiliary agent, mercaptan methyl tin, butyl laurate, stearic acid, oxidized polyethylene wax, coupling agent and purple blue pigment are added into high-speed hot blender, followed by the addition of tris (2,4-dibromobenzene) phosphate and stirred with high-speed grinding at 120-125 degrees C and cooled to room temperature to give mixed powder which is added into twin-screw extruder granulator and ground.
