NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial polyethylene film comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide with water to prepare graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (ii) mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid, ethylene glycol and sodium borate to prepare mixed solution A; (iii) heating mixed solution A at 100-120degrees Celsius for 12-20 hours to prepare the graphene hydrogel; (iv) cooling the graphene hydrogel to room temperature, soaking for 2-5 hours in ethanol aqueous solution under stirring, soaking for 6-10 hours in copper salt solution under stirring to prepare graphene hydrogel loaded with copper; (v) taking out the graphene hydrogel loaded with copper from the copper salt solution, and freeze-drying to prepare graphene aerogel loaded with copper; (vi) mixing 0.05-0.3 pts. wt. copper-loaded graphene aerogel and 100 pts. wt. low density polyethylene particle material, and crushing to prepare copper-graphene polyethylene mixed material; and (vii) blowing copper-graphene polyethylene mixed material at 150-165degrees Celsius. USE - The film and antibacterial product are useful in the field of daily necessities, food, cosmetics and medical supplies (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has low preparation cost and strong antibacterial property, and inhibition rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reaches to 99%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Antibacterial polyethylene film prepared by the above mentioned method; and (2) Antibacterial product, comprising antibacterial polyethylene film.
