NOVELTY - The plate has a graphene layer arranged in a light surface that is located in a holding area. The graphene layer converts light energy into kinetic energy according to generating force illumination condition along light emitting direction. A color film base plate main body is provided with a substrate that is fixed with a color filter and arranged in a black matrix. The graphene layer is arranged with an upper part on the black matrix. An upper part of the graphene layer is arranged in a protective layer that is adhered with an alignment layer. USE - Color film base plate for a display panel of a display device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate can maintain box thickness, and improve display panel operation stability and image quality, and avoid object scratch.
