▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A synergist comprises graphene, flame retardant modifier, metal oxide and ceramic precursor polymer. The mass ratio of graphene to flame retardant modifier is 1:(0.5-10). The mass ratio of graphene to metal oxide is 1:(1-20). The mass ratio of graphene to ceramic precursor polymer is 1:(0.5-50). USE - Synergist for polymer flame retardant applications. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant synergist is non-toxic, halogen-free and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of synergist, which involves crushing expanded graphite, mixing with aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide for 0.5-2 hours to obtain mixed solution (A), mixing mixed solution (A) with concentrated sulfuric acid aqueous solution for 0.5-2 hours to obtain mixed solution (B), mixing mixed solution (B) with deionized water for 0.5-2 hours, filtering to obtain solid product, washing solid product with deionized water, centrifuging to obtain graphene, adding graphene to deionized water, ultrasonically processing at power of 200-500 W for 0.1-1 hour to obtain 1-10 %mass graphene dispersion, mixing graphene dispersion with flame retardant modifier, grinding for 0.5-5 hours to obtain flame retardant modified graphene dispersion, mixing flame retardant modified graphene dispersion with metal oxide, ball milling for 0.5-5 hours, heat-treating at 80-120 degrees C for 1-10 hours to obtain flame retardant modified graphene composite powder, mixing flame retardant modified graphene composite powder with ceramic precursor polymer, ball milling for 0.5-2 hours, pulverizing, and heat-treating at 100-150 degrees C for 1-6 hours.
