▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of ultra-thin graphene membrane including nanopores involves sequentially depositing (i) an etching layer (20) and a mask layer (30) on one surface of a metal foil (10), etching (ii) a portion of the etching layer from which the mask layer is removed through annealing, forming (iii) a graphene layer (40) by adding a carbon compound onto the metal foil exposed by the etching, removing (iv) the metal foil after curing by adding a curing agent (50) to completely surround the graphene layer, etching layer and the layer, etching (v) the remaining portion of the etching layer, and removing (vi) the curing agent. USE - Manufacture of ultra-thin graphene membrane used for forming filter membrane (claimed) for fine dust slurry treatment. Can also be used for ultrapure water production, hemodialysis, filtration, and plasma separation. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of ultra-thin graphene membrane having improved mechanical strength, selectivity and fouling resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for filter membrane, which comprises a layered structure (100,110) of ultra-thin graphene membrane. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of the manufacture of ultra-thin graphene membrane.
