▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reinforced carbon fiber is produced by pre-oxidizing and carbonizing carbon fiber and passing through a high voltage corona discharge device for corona discharge treatment; sending corona treated carbon fiber into a static deposition region of an electrostatic deposition device, putting organic solvent suspension of graphene on cavity of needle injector and depositing the graphene suspension by high pressure electrostatic atomization on surface of carbon fiber to obtain graphene implanted carbon fiber; and heat treating graphene implanted carbon fiber at 300-1600 degrees C. USE - Method for producing reinforced carbon fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can reduce structural defect and increase strength of the carbon fiber. The carbon fiber tensile strength can be increased by more than 140%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of reinforced carbon fiber comprises: (A) pre-oxidizing and carbonizing carbon fiber and passing via a transmission belt (6) to a high voltage corona discharge device for corona discharge treatment, where the corona discharge device comprises a high voltage power supply (2), a discharging device and a ground electrode board (4); (B) adding graphene with solvent and a little dispersant to obtain 10-60 g/L graphene suspension, where the solvent is dimethylacetamide, dimethylformamide, tetrahydrofuran or alcohol; (C) sending corona treated carbon fiber into a static deposition region of an electrostatic deposition device having high voltage power supply connected with anode (71) through wires, and an injector needle (9) connected to cathode; (D) putting the graphene suspension on cavity of needle injector and depositing the graphene suspension by high pressure electrostatic atomization on surface of carbon fiber to obtain graphene implanted carbon fiber; and (E) heat treating graphene implanted carbon fiber in a heat treatment device (11) under protection of argon gas atmosphere at 300-1600 degrees C.
