NOVELTY - Producing wear-resistant imitation leather fabric, comprises: (i) uniformly mixing powdered surface modifying agent and nano-zinc oxide, placing in deionized water and irradiating using UV light for 10-15 minutes; (ii) mixing and grinding chinlon and polyester slices to obtain mixed powder, adding the surface modified nano-zinc oxide, graphene material, hyperbranched polymer, ethylene acrylate copolymer, siloxylated polydiacetylene and zinc ethoxide into the mixed powder, and extruding and granulating to obtain the antibacterial wear-resistant master batch; (iii) uniformly mixing chinlon slice, polyester slice, antibacterial and wear-resistant master batch and bisamide sulfonate surfactant, melting, and spinning; and (iv) preparing wear-resistant imitation leather fabric comprising a surface comb, a middle comb and a bottom comb, where the surface comb is formed by weaving the prepared antibacterial and wear-resistant filaments. USE - The method is useful for producing wear-resistant imitation leather fabric used as a packaging bag for heavy goods. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant imitation leather fabric has good wear-resistant property and excellent antibacterial performance, and is manufactured by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing wear-resistant imitation leather fabric, comprises: (i) uniformly mixing powdered surface modifying agent and nano-zinc oxide, placing in deionized water and irradiating using UV light for 10-15 minutes; (ii) respectively drying chinlon slice, polyester slice, graphene material and hyperbranched polymer, preparing graphene material into nano-graphene powder, mixing and grinding chinlon and polyester slices to obtain mixed powder, adding the surface modified nano-zinc oxide, graphene material, hyperbranched polymer, ethylene acrylate copolymer, siloxylated polydiacetylene and zinc ethoxide into the mixed powder, adding into a double-screw extruder, and extruding and granulating to obtain the antibacterial wear-resistant master batch; (iii) uniformly mixing chinlon slice, polyester slice, antibacterial and wear-resistant master batch and bisamide sulfonate surfactant, melting, stirring for 10-15 minutes, sequentially passing through a pre-filtering component, metering pump, and spinning the spinning box, where the specification of the prepared antibacterial wear-resistant is 48-70D/64-96F; and (iv) preparing wear-resistant imitation leather fabric comprising a surface comb, a middle comb and a bottom comb, where the surface comb is formed by weaving the prepared antibacterial and wear-resistant filaments based on the warp tissue, and one side of the face comb is raised to form fluff.
