▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing separation membrane by utilizing a small molecule monomer, comprises adding monomer, salt, solvent and entrainer under inert gas atmosphere into reaction kettle under heating at 100-150℃, dehydrating for 1-12 hours, and then removing entrainer. The system is heated to 150-300℃ for 0.5-20 hours, and then mixed with an end-capping agent under stirring for 0.5-10 hours to obtain a reaction liquid. The reaction feed liquid is filtered to obtain a clear solution. The porogen or the diluting solvent is added to the clear solution under stirring to obtain a casting solution. The casting liquid is degassed for forming a membrane to obtain the separation membrane. USE - Method for preparing separation membrane for chemical industry, electronic, light industry, textile, petroleum, food, medicine, biological technology and energy engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The method directly prepares the high-performance polymer film, realizes the integration of the film material synthesis and the film-making process, shortens the production cycle, and solves the waste of organic solvents, energy consumption and pollution of the environment in the traditional process.
