NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly plant dye composition comprises 23.5-24.7 pts. wt. clean water, 22-24.2 pts. wt. accelerating agent, 2-5 pts. wt. essential oil additive, 6.7-10.2 pts. wt. octadecyl aluminum sulfate aqueous solution, 2.8-5.2 pts. wt. methyl salicylate, 10-10.9 pts. wt. n-hexanol, 5.4-7.6 pts. wt. methyl butyrate, 4.1-4.6 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 5.4-7.6 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide. USE - Used as environmentally friendly plant dye composition. ADVANTAGE - The method has high environmentally friendly, good energy-saving effect, non-toxic and harmless. The composition has great marketspace and development prospect in the textile energy saving application field of our country. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally friendly plant dye composition comprises 23.5-24.7 pts. wt. clean water, 22-24.2 pts. wt. accelerating agent, 2-5 pts. wt. essential oil additive, 6.7-10.2 pts. wt. octadecyl aluminum sulfate aqueous solution, 2.8-5.2 pts. wt. methyl salicylate, 10-10.9 pts. wt. n-hexanol, 5.4-7.6 pts. wt. methyl butyrate, 4.1-4.6 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 5.4-7.6 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide. The specific preparation method comprises (i) using the production technology person responsible for compiling environment-friendly plant dye formulation and preparing method of special scheme, and compiling the emergency plan, before production, the production manager and the worker technical cross-bottom work, (ii) placing the weighed lavender flower and balsamine petal into the ultrasonic cleaning machine, adding clean water and sodium carbonate solution for ultrasonic cleaning, quickly drying in the warm air, removing the dirt impurity on the surface of the substrate, and placing in citric acid solution to soak for 4-6 hours, (iii) grinding into powder after drying, processing by ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizing, cooling to 35-55 degrees C to obtain coarse material, using extraction technology to add the obtained coarse material and extracting liquid into the reaction kettle to open the electric heater for heating and stirring; condensing and refluxing the effective substance, using centrifuge centrifuging technology to obtain essential oil additive extracted from natural plant, (iv) taking weighing clean water, accelerating agent, essential oil additive, aluminum sulfate octahydrate aqueous solution, methyl salicylate, n-hexanol, butyl methyl butyrate, leveling agent, modified graphene oxide, (v) adding the clean water, aluminum sulfate octahydrate aqueous solution, methyl salicylate, n-hexanol, butyl methyl butyrate and modified graphene oxide into the reaction kettle, fully reacting and forming a first mixed solution, (vi) continuously adding accelerating agent in the first mixed solution, fully reacting the essential oil additive and leveling agent to form a second mixed solution, and (vii) naturally cooling the second mixed solution.
