NOVELTY - An antistatic radiation-protective insulation film comprises 8-10 pts. wt. adhesive, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 7-9 pts. wt. antistatic additive, 3-5 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2-4 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 3-5 pts. wt. antimony tin oxide aqueous dispersion, 70-90 pts. wt. compound resin, 6-8 pts. wt. radiation-proof additive, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent and 6-10 pts. wt. processing additive. USE - Antistatic radiation-protective insulation film. ADVANTAGE - The product effectively isolates radiation hazard, has thin thickness, high transparency, effectively protects eye and reduces eye fatigue, and has excellent weather resistance. The method is easy and suitable for industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antistatic radiation-protective insulation film comprising taking antistatic additive, graphene, coupling agent and radiation-proof additive, stirring at 65-75 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture A, taking compound resin, antistatic agent and antimony tin oxide aqueous dispersion, stirring for 15-25 minutes at 100-110 degrees C, adding process additive and carbon nanotube, raising temperature to 110-120 degrees C, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding adhesive and mixture A, stirring for 30-40 minutes, extruding at 180-200 degrees C at rate of 25-35 revolutions/minute, and cooling.
