NOVELTY - Semi-dry desulfurization ash-based interior wall putty powder without oxidation treatment, comprises 25-45 wt.% semi-dry desulfurization ash, 30-45 wt.% white cement, 10-15 wt.% sodium silicate, 5-10 wt.% gluconate-isobutyltriethoxysilane mixture, 4-8 wt.% vinyl-acetate-ethylene (VAE) rubber powder, 1-3 wt.% hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester-carboxymethyl cellulose ether mixture and 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene. USE - The powder is used for interior wall. ADVANTAGE - The powder promotes the resource utilization of the semi-dry desulfurization ash, realizes the clean production of interior wall putty powder prepared by the semi-dry desulfurization ash, meets the current industrial development requirements of energy-saving, environmentally-friendly and circular economy. The raw materials provide synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the putty powder, involving (a) firstly stirring the mixture of semi-dry desulfurization ash and white cement at room temperature using a magnetic stirrer with a rotation speed of 200-300 rpm for 1-3 hours to obtain a semi-dry desulfurization ash-white cement mixture, (b) using a magnetic stirrer with a rotating speed of 400-500 rpm at room temperature to treat the gluconate-isobutyltriethoxysilane mixture, VAE rubber powder, hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester-carboxymethyl cellulose ether mixture for stirring for 2-6 hours to obtain impermeable crystalline material, and (c) finally stirring the semi-dry desulfurization ash-white cement mixture, impermeable crystalline material, graphene, and sodium silicate at room temperature for 1-3 hours using a magnetic stirrer with a speed of 200-300 rpm to obtain the target product which is a semi-dry desulfurization ash-based interior wall putty powder without oxidation treatment.
