NOVELTY - Negative ion water generating device comprises a box body (2), a stirring device (3), a capacitive negative ion generating device (1) and a circuit controller (6). A stirring device is installed at the inner bottom of the box body. The top of the stirring device is provided with a relative capacitive negative ion generating device. The capacitive negative ion generating device includes a anode layer, an insulating layer and a cathode layer. The anode layer is covered with an insulating layer. The insulating layer is covered with a cathode layer. The capacitive negative ion generating device is electrically connected with the circuit controller through a wire (5). The outside of the box body is provided with a control button (4). The control button is electrically connected with the circuit controller. USE - The device is useful in a control circuit of an electrolytic water machine for producing a negative ion water. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple, stable and sustainable production process. The water has relatively long-lasting negative ion water activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a control circuit of negative ion water generating device.
