NOVELTY - Bi-component back coating material comprises powder mixture and liquid mixture in a weight ratio of 10:(2-4); the powder mixture is composed of 45-55 pts. wt. quartz sand, 40-50 pts. wt. common silicate cement, 4-6 pts. wt. cement-based osmotic crystallization master batch, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersible emulsion powder, 2-4 pts. wt. diatomite, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal powder, and 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum oxide. The liquid mixture is composed of 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous polymer emulsion, 5-15 pts. wt. 2, 2, 4-trimethyl 1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. sodium citrate, 10-20 pts. wt. penetrating agent, 15-25 pts. wt. wetting agent, and 5-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - The bi-component back coating material is useful for rock plate, where the rock plate is composed natural mineral rock and kaolin processing. ADVANTAGE - The double-component back coating material has higher bonding strength, heat aging resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, good bonding, sound-absorbing and noise-reducing effect, meeting the market demand and expanding the application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of bi-component back coating material comprising adding common silicate cement in the quartz sand, cementbased osmotic crystallization master batch, hydroxyethyl cellulose, dispersible emulsion powder, diatomite, bamboo charcoal powder, alumina, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain powder mixture for further use; adding 2, 2, 4-trimethyl 1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate, sodium citrate, penetrating agent, wetting agent, and silane coupling agent, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain liquid mixture, adding in the aqueous polymer emulsion, adding the mixture liquid three times in the powder mixture, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the material; and three times adding weight ratio of the mixture liquid is (10- 30): (40-60): (20-40).
